Weight loss supplements/pills etc. has been the Holy Grail since roman times.
Most make you do #1 or #2 more often and of course, you will loose a couple of pounds----- temporarily.
The overwhelming evidence is that most diets or diet supplements at best a short term remedy, and
they can cause a world of underlying vitamin or gastro problems if continued.
Best to get to your doctor, and get a dietician to look at what you eat. If you cannot do that- then keep a log for 2 weeks on what you eat & when you eat and study it for
clues to your weight. Take some baby steps to change your diet and look to the long term solution.
Believe me, I honestly for all peeps who have weight issues.
