I used to be the ideal customer for vit, would buy each separate vitamin in mega doses. Sold on to the idea, probably due to my ex they used to take 20 pills every morning with a smoothie thinking its going to extend there life.

Never again, only have a few essentials ones of high quality right now, Diet is where vitamins come from and food taste sFF
