I thought so too. Too many assumptions so far. The contents of syringe could have been cuz a pill was mashed for ingestion.
its hard to believe the new police chief would do that. and so young.
we don't know any facts yet. But it is more the Big F, it does seem to me. So increased scrutiny in all packages cuz we want our people to live.
And it all affected SY guys. A lot. Very sad.
