Spanish shrimp pil pil
Shrimp
Garlic (more is better)
Paprika
red pepper flakes
Spanish Olive oil (better at
Parsley
Add about half cup or more of olive oil in pan
Add red pepper flakes to oil
Add Smashed garlic to oil
Add Chopped garlic to oil
Save Sliced garlic for after straining
Add raw shells from shrimp to oil
Cook for a few min on medium until shells change color and garlic browns a bit
Strain out oil and return to pan
Add sliced garlic, shrimp and a little bit of paprika
cook for a few minutes. Do not over cook
Garnish with parsley
Serve with your favorite fresh crunchy bread for dipping
This also makes a great pasta sauce

Coco snow shrimp
Coconut rice:
2 packs brown rice
1 can coconut milk
1 lime
3 shakes curry powder
1 tablespoon sweet cooking rice seasoning
Salt
Shrimp:
1 bag frozen Shrimp
Olive oil
Little spicy red peppers
1 Shallot
Bottoms and middle of green onion
Pepper flakes
Half clove garlic
Sea salt
Snow pea
Lime
Fish sauce
1)Add about half cup of olive oil in pan on medium
2)Add red pepper flakes to oil
Add Smashed garlic to oil
Add Chopped garlic to oil
Save Sliced garlic for after straining
3)Optional(Add raw shells from shrimp to oil)
4)Cook for a few min until garlic browns a bit and optional shrimp shells change color
5)Strain out oil and add to larger pan
6)Add snow peas and cook for about 5 minutes on medium
7)add shallots and bottoms of green onion(the white part).
Add more garlic.
Add sliced spicy red peppers and sea salt
8)Cook for a few minutes then add the shrimp, lime and a few drops of fish sauce.
Do not over cook shrimp.
9)Garnish with green onion
