Has anyone ever used papaya enzyme? Papain is the ingredient in the product Accent, the meat tenderizer and is supposed to help with digestion when taken after eating.
I have used it for years. Much better for your health than any of the prescription protein pump inhibitors like Prevacid, nexium, and the rest of the medications given for indigestion.
