We all knew it was coming as everything is cyclical. My advice buy low, sell high 
Since I'm now retired I need to stay in moderate risk funds, but I'll be sure to jump in when the market bottoms out. The days of dollar cost averaging has now passed me by. Just hoping not to get wiped out. I work with a financial advisor who knows exactly what level of risk I'm comfortable with.
