Not sure if this is out of bounds topic, so please forgive me if it is and ignore. I will make this questions as cryptic as possible. I am curious about what is the norm. I have seen some vender with free and then others (very trusted by this forum) charge I high rate. Some have lower cost flowers but high rates shipping and others have higher products but lower transit fees. What is your experience.
Also, if it is an acceptable questions. Which vender is the best in regards to these extra fees.I guess you get what you pay for.

Not sure if this is the best thread for this question, but do any of you find that the express option (if it is offered) is worth it vs regular mail? Just learning. Please share your experiences. Thx.

Yes I think it's worth it although customs seems to still be slow and holds the packs for a few days but once they let them go, they are at your door that morning.
