montana took custody of 14 yr old girl cuz parents did not want to to allow her to become a boy.
if the world lasts that long, i suspect she/he will regret inability to have her own kids now
but after the insane way she turned out, who know?

I saw that story. It's clearly a child suffering from mental illness. What's worse is they took custody to send her to an inpatient facility in another state when the parents wanted to wait for a spot in Montana. Now she's transitioning, living in a Wyoming group home and CPS wants to move her to Canada to be with her mother who hasn't even been in her life.
Most child deaths are known CPS cases. They should move their focus away from children living in loving homes to those who are not. This is a violation of parental rights and the Supreme Court in every state really needs to weigh in on these cases.
I'll never forget the case of that child whose real problem was undiagnosed mental illness who was taken by CPS to receive "gender affirming care" and committed suicide within a year.
