tv, radio and phones will be tested. a blaring noise and some think its reliable indicia of worse to come in re: spying on the people.

i aint waiting till 4 pm to turn it off cuz i dont necessarily believe it will begin then. it will probably be over.

i so trusted our gvt even a few yrs back.

it came at 2:28 instead. me phone was off. i don't want to hear that noise in my head for longer than necessary.
