Hey SaSa 67 there's a great bunch of people here all with great advice so all I can add is I looked into some of the stuff isthisrealife mentions and its very interesting opened my mind to new possibilities for sure, u need a good sleep and keep busy he will be fine I wish I was going skiing didn't do stuff like that when I went to bloody school! So if you don't look at it before he goes av a look itll keep your mind occupied while he's busy having the time of his young life really he'll be fine hun.

Thanks everyone. He is skiing now botheredog, he is having an amazing time and is so full of beans when he calls on a night, i am really proud of him the way he has embraced the adventure. I am fine now and haven't actually needed to use anything at all this week, think it was just the natural nerves before the event and this has been a good thing for me to go through to realise i do have the ability to get on with it. I can't wait to see him on Saturday still though, but that is normal thinking so I'm not giving myself a hard time over it.

Thanks for the mindfulness info, its actually something i looked into previously but will be good to go over it again. So rally appreciate the reminder Smile

Just wanted to update that he is home and had an amazing time.

I want to thank everyone for their advice, and also say that i think that sometimes its normal to worry, its just trying to not let it get the better of you.

theres couple items if in living in states that are available otc the strongest is phenibut - a bit like xanax buzz with caffeine for the day its considered nootropic, but very strong and addictive also a lot of negative side effects like increased anxiety thus only good for a day once a week at most.Kava Kava is great for sleeping and minimizing anxiety, but very short lasting effects and can be expensive if getting instant brand which is usually quite strong, gives a little holistic relaxation.Just few top of my head that ive tried.

Try using certain nootropics! They really helped me. Here's a link that may help or you can look for stacks that will work for you: https://www.braintropic.com/list-of-nootropics/

I believe certain kratoms have strains that can help with anxiety as well. Good luck to you Smile
