i had read some pet foods have corrupted garbage and pieces of plastic or God only knows within.
Prince Harrison usually loves fancy feast--those tiny cans.
But he has ignored them of late. He ate one and i saw he vomited it outside.
And houseshare noted that some of the fancy feast labels say Pate, and those are ones harry now wont go near
But if the outside of the fancy feast can says chopped,or grilled with cheddar cheese, and u open it and its just plain ole pate,don't feed it to your cat.
labels have been changed. I know what prince harrison loved. it had been pate. but if he is now vomiting same, its got chemicals in it. even the feral cat, whom i unwittingly gave harrys untouched food to, won't touch the food that is not what the label says.
i shall never find the article i read on being careful with pet food. so u gotta trust me or yourself on this.
People want your money and don't give a rats arse about your pet.
check the label vs. the actual food.
i wish i had another company of food to recommend in lieu of fancy feast.
but i dont. just be careful.

the store was Stop N Shop. the cans were on sale for 88 cents instead of regular 99 cents.
Not a helluva bargain if your cat gets sick.

We have to get Kit-N-Kaboodle (Purina) in 30lb bags...
We get it from Wal-Kong .. usually is $25 a bag, but
just today we paid $38 for 2 30lb bags ....
These katz don't seem to mind ...
But they eat lizards, skinks and the like
so what do they know ..

yeah they are my children now.
i just went outside to look for harry. mating season is brutal. i watched a video. harry now has a hole in his head. we cannot afford a vet but i can pray. and a racoon came running up to me. so i left harrys old food out for him.
we cannot do that again cuz the racoon will break in the house Dennis said. they are good at that. and they carry rabies and we have a house inspection coming up in 2 weeks. argh.
but that raccoon looked me in the eyes and was running up to me. and harry was on his chair looking concerned. so i went inside and raccooon was gone. i put some food out but cannot anymore. wtf do i do if it comes thru the open window and screen?
i cannot shoot it. neighbors would hear.
and i have no immune system.. one bite and i see Jesus. he was one helluva bold raccoon.

i have left the window locked at nite, and one open. this house is always cold and damp.
i guess i have to lock all windows a nite.
i live down here. near the windows. and i keep my weapon in the couch rite next to me.
i dont kill animals. dont eat em. my god he was bold.running rite up to me. i wonder if he got in the house already. geeze louise always something.

gotta close the windows. i dont want a rocky raccoon face to face with me in here. i dont want to be forced to use a violent method to get him out.
Dennis keeps his upstairs window way open. oh well.

i just remembered when we moved in, the front door is windows. one was tentatively replaced. and the first day here a raccoon tried to jump in thru that window.
i guess he is familiar with this home. and had no fear of me.
