AR doctor 'held patients against their will' in alleged Medicaid scam
A top Arkansas psychiatrist has been accused of holding two dozen patients against their will for days and weeks as part of an $800,000 Medicaid scam, lawsuits claim. Dr. Brian Hyatt (pictured right), 50, faces suits from at least 26 victims who claim they were held for days, and sometimes weeks, in his unit at Northwest Medical Center. 'They sent in four nurses, techs and they each grabbed my arms and my legs and held me down on my stomach and shot me up with a sedative,' one victim who was held for five days claimed.
I know a couple people whom during the covid days, were isolated and told they had covid. No test taken. I guess they did not realize the power of family.
First we got him outta the room with an alleged real covid patient. And then his children and wife gave them hell.
Don't leave a relative alone in a hospital at this time. Make sure the staff sees you and hears from you.
They would not even give this Patient whom was just having trouble walking due to parkinsons, any hydration, nor a walking device.
I guess hospitals got used to the alleged power they had. And thought they could keep family members out so they could make lots of money fraudulently.
So many i prayed for at covid forums for 3 1/2 years, had the family posting that they were denied even looking in a buggery bollocks window at their loved ones.
Some medical personnel cried boo hoo when they were caught. But they were being paid to keep people isolated and no family allowed, at least in NY. They made a fortune on "covid: patients even if they were not covid patients.
We are responsible for our own care. You don't take the word of any so called medical professional as to why u cannot enter a LOVED one's hospital room. Even now. At least in NY they keep threatening we have 2 more strains of covid manifesting in sore throat type stuff.
In older days we trusted medical professionals. Don't do so anymore. They make big money in diagnosing people erroneously.
