Best PKs without Acetaminophen? - reilli - 06-19-2017

I hate Acetaminophen's side effects especially since I do drink a fair amount, I know that makes the effects worse. What are the most effective PKs without it?

Well reilli it is an easy answer. Just find what you currently use but without the acetaminophen. All PK's have a formulation without the acetaminophen or anti-inflammatory component. But if you drink in excess there comes another critical question. Is what you take strong enough to cause respiratory depression or not , cause alcohol with certain PK's can be a very bad even lethal combination. Make sure buddy that you stay to the safe side.

Where is the best place to research respiratory suppression - I hear about but I wonder if it is scare tactics from media?

Never high doses, especially with alcohol. I'm very careful about that.

Looking for pain relief for a bad back, bad knee etc. Haven't found trams to be of any pain relief, no more than an aspirin.

ok, when u remove the tylenol, u have moved into a sch 2. And, this is a public area. Please discuss such subjects in restricted areas or PM.

tramadol is not a PK. it is for depression. It is an SSRI and not a pain killer. Many people tried it. It can bring on seizures and when u have one, u can have them forever. And, tramadols, due to the anti depressant properties, are near to impossible to get off of. Very difficult to withdraw from them.

Respiratory Distress is an absolutely true result of taking too much of a PK. One can no longer breathe. If you don't have narcan on you, and most don't, it can be quite a problem.

For back injuries and spasms, soma works best. It is a muscle relaxant. It is available in the more open vendors threads we have here. If you cannot get it, get meprobamate. A tranquilizer. From when i was a bit younger. It metabalizes into soma in ur body.

I know IOPs like ttm have meprobamate. Much safer than tram. Easier to get off. One just stops taking it.

I believe in back braces. extra large for men so i can wear it low. No straps. It can include a re heatable microwave pack.

But, we don't talk sch 2 in open forum. k?
