Does anyone know what this medication is for? Has anybody had it before?

We use Tapentadol a lot at work I've been told it's safer the tramadol and it's not a prodrug like tramadol it so it doesn't require an enzyme to change it to its active state. I have never tried it personally tho I wouldn't mind a trial.
