Hi everyone! I'm newish here. (I had a screen name once before but have forgotten it.) I've enjoyed reading through these forums. I've been finding good advice for my chronic insomnia from recommendations in several threads. Thanks everyone!

My wife will not sleep for days sometimes. So I kinda feel your pain.

Thank you Charon! I wish I could remember that other screen name. I picked something obscure as to not be searchable from the regular screen names I use on my profession-related websites. Too obscure I guess, since I've now stumped myself! I had only posted a few times and it was probably about a year ago. Now I'm MrFussbudget for good. Hope you have a wonderful day!
