Good luck Oxford, have heard of kava kava years ago but still not tried it, friends said it helped relax them, I think I may well try it soon, so thanks cmdline for bringing it up, had forgotten all about it .

Got my kava kava today only two glasses of tea jury is still out but think I feel a little calmer

I have had it with my ginger tea
Coffee
Double dose
But think recommended mix of 1/4 tsp in water is best
But whole tsp helps with sleep

Kava kava has worked great I just don't recommend drinking first thing in morning because total took a rather long nap as I had no plans early this morning
But on that note had a glass went grocery shopping and did very well
The experiment continues
