willie when I see things like this I rethink how maybe there is hope after all.

It is so good to see these types of pic's and stories.

We are all so so very tired of the hate and violence towards others....makes me so glad then when I see this.

I applaud the man here helping another person. Good for him.

Can you believe this? I just found this thread after how many months have I been here.
I love it. I smiled at every post I looked at. Makes getting up the next day so much easier after seeing some of the pictures. This is one thread I will read everyday.

What is that famous saying........the grass is always greener on the other side? I for one don't think so. I will keep my grass.

A 17-year-old boy in Boston is being hailed as a hero for standing up to a pervert who set his sights on a little girl in Target. Read on for the full story!


A teenage boy in Boston went above and beyond to protect a little girl who was being eyed by a disgusting pervert in Target earlier this week.

As CBS Boston reports, 17-year-old Cameron and his mother, Heather Cook, were at Target when they saw a man giving a little girl a very unsettling look.

“I was close enough that I could smell the liquor coming from his mouth,” said Cook. “It was horrible.”

But the moment the man suddenly pushed his body onto the young girl, Cameron knew he had to step in.

“So I went up to him, I was like, ‘Excuse me sir, do you know her?’ And then the first thing he said was, ‘I’m not a pervert, I’m not a pervert.’ I was like, I didn’t ask you that sir,” Cameron said.

“He was big, and Cameron had no fear at all,” his mother added. “He just stood firm on the fact that he knew what this man was doing was wrong.”

The man ended up leaving the store after Cameron ordered him to, but not before cursing in angst and muttering under his breath.

“I’m very proud of him, but it’s totally within his character,” Cook said. “He’s not afraid to do what’s right.”

According to CBS Boston, the store manager later called Cameron and his mother to say surveillance footage of the incident had been turned over to police.

“I’m just happy I was there to protect her,” said Cameron. “Because you never know what could have went on.”
