Hello everyone I'm new here I'm still learning how to navigate this forum I received a pm and was trying to pm the person back but was unable to. I'm still reading the rules of the forum, do I need to have a certain amount of posts before I can pm someone on here?
I wasn't ignoring the pm I just couldn't respond, any help would be great.

I understand Charon I don't blame you guys for being suspicious of new comers but I can promise you on my grandmas grave I'm not one of them.
And thanks for taking your warning posts down I didn't mean any harm, I didn't know we're to start theirs just so much info on here.
