O.J. Simpson Confesses to Murdering Nicole and Ron

THE CONFESSION?

After 24 years any mystery surrounding the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman is over ... because O.J. Simpson confessed.

Fox aired "O.J. Simpson: The Lost Confession?" Sunday night and Simpson walked author Judith Regan through what happened on June 12, 1994.  He starts out adamant -- he was just talking hypothetically, which is weird, because if he didnt do it what's his basis for creating the hypothetical.

Simpson starts by talking about his "friend Charlie" ... whom he says for some reason went to Nicole's to snoop around.  He says Charlie came over to Simpson's home, told him what was going on and Simpson responded, "Whatever is going on it's gotta stop!"  Unfortunately, Regan didnt ask Simpson what Charlie said was going on.

Simpson says, hypothetically, he and Charlie drove to Nicole's with a cap, gloves and a knife under the seat and parked in the alley.   Simpson says he walked around the property and Ron Goldman appeared, saying he was at the restaurant where Nicole dined and was returning the sunglasses her mom left behind.

Simpson says he got angry at Ron -- presumably thinking he was there on a date with Nicole -- and started screaming at him.  Nicole came out, things got heated, she told O.J. to get the f*** off her property, and then he says Nicole fell and hurt herself.  In fact, he swung the knife at her and hit her in the face with the blunt end.

Now the confession ... Simpson loses the hypo and starts talking very clearly -- undeniably -- in first person, saying Ron got in a karate stance, O.J. responded, "You think you can kick my ass?" and then he says, "I remember I grabbed the knife."   O.J. eventually checks himself when he realizes he's talking in first person and actually starts laughing ... seriously.  Check out the video for the rest.

By the way ... he also acknowledges dropping a glove on the property, which totally blows up the theory cops planted a glove.
Case closed.

Another version or maybe rather with more details from same story

i saw the trailer for it. we all knew he did it. probably with his son. but could have been alone.

And he cannot be charged cuz the jury said: not guilty. There is a higher Court in life.

And some day he will face God.

I had always heard that his son was involved and possibly the one that actually killed Nicole.

Remember, like most, exactly where I was when I heard the verdict. Stuck waiting for a train to pass.

Always assumed he did it. Nicole's domestic violence calls, his wanting control, stalking, jealousy, etc.

BUT, never heard anything about his son being involved in the murder. Wow! That's really hard to wrap my head around.

Does that mean that his son could be charged if there were enough evidence?

RE: "O.J. Simpson: Confesses to Murdering Nicole and Ron" - masterthief - 03-12-2018

Well said Charon.

But if new evidence is presented that makes it so they can charge him with a slightly different crime, double jeopardy does not apply.  Having said that, I'm sure his 100 lawyers researched all the possible charges and lesser includeds and came to the conclusion that there is nothing the PD can charge him with that they haven't already tried.  But wow.  Confirmation on what we all knew.

I remember being in middle school at the time and lots of the different ethnicities either cheered or were down because of the verdict, when in reality, we were all too young to understand the case.  It was definitely a racially-charged time after the comedown from the civil rights movement and the stupid 3 strikes rule that was obviously made to target people of different races.  Crazy times.  That's not even counting the crazy judge. Huh

RE: "O.J. Simpson: Confesses to Murdering Nicole and Ron" - Blockhead59 - 03-12-2018

Gotcha, masterthief. Yes, this has probably been covered every which way by lawyers.

I guess I'm more horrified about the idea of killing your mother with your father. Don't know why anything surprises me.

Crazy times is right. And HAHAH Judge Ito only created additional mockery to the case.

As far as I know, if his son was never charged with anything, then yes, he is fully prosecutable depending on the charges and what the statute of limitations is on those charges.  There is a misdemeanor/manslaughter and felony/murder rule that works like conspiracy charges that they might be able to get both under.  If they never charged the son, then they couldn't have charged OJ with conspiracy with the son, so that wouldn't be a lesser included.  I'm not an expert, but if a prosecutor wanted to make a name for themselves, that's how I would do it.  I don't know the statute of limitations on those charges though.  They may have passed.

So who was the person Charley that was mentioned in the show last night? Anyone know?
OR

RE: "O.J. Simpson: Confesses to Murdering Nicole and Ron" - Charon - 03-12-2018

Some of u know i listen to Investigation Discovery whilst I do the forums. Kato sp? did an interview and said Charley was unequivocally the son of OJ. And, rumors went around that the son was seeing Nicole at the time. I find that hard to believe. OJ is an abuser. A batterer. He would never have allowed any other man to sleep with his former wife.

And, come on, OJ just learned the knife skills exhibited in the murder by acting in some Navy Seal show he was gonna star in.

Some say that OJ was bringing the monies and all, in the car, to give to his son to escape.

So, i am so open to new info on this. But, I listened to the prosecution team whom sucked big time. Prosecutor flirting with Defense team? Oye.

I always felt I would have won that case. But, I was absolutely shocked to hear the comments of OJs friends whom said: That is what she got for dating a black man. I never knew how many black people hated white people because blacks are my friends. It was shocking.

Normal murder trials do not last that long. The Judge was a moron.

If one heard the OJ interview done by kato a few yrs back, with OJs former friend whom used to trust him, they all knew OJ was guilty. If not the killing, the coverup. But, I heard about "Charley" as OJ termed him for a number of yrs. That was my first year totally bedridden, so I got to watch the entire trial.

So, a few of us were old enough to understand. Sighs. Middle School? Eh gads I am old.
